Current Projects:

Located in the Kingsview Industrial Park, east of Highway 2 at the south entrance to Airdrie, Alberta, 541 Kingsview Way has two buildings (phase 1 and 2) located on a shared 1.86 acre site.

Phase 1
The first building built is a 13,920 square foot, 7 bay industrial condominium complex, configured with a front office, overhead mezzanine and rear warehouse. With 18 foot ceilings and a 10x12 foot rear overhead door, the majority of the bays are 1,920 square feet with a 480 square foot mezzanine. However, Bay Four has a main floor of 2,400 square feet and a 580 square foot mezzanine. The building is of steel and wood frame construction and is finished with stucco and cultured stone. Bays are twenty-four feet wide (with the exception of Bay Four, which is thirty feet) and the building is 80 feet deep. Including mezzanine, the entire development size is 17,380 square feet.

Phase 2
Phase 2 of this development is an 11,340 square foot, 3 bay industrial condominium development. With each bay being approximately sixty feet wide, the building is sixty-five feet deep. It has 20 foot ceilings and two, 10x12 foot overhead doors per bay. The building is of concrete block construction over poured slab and features radiant heaters in the warehouse and a full sprinkler system for fire protection.

The units will also have individual fenced storage at the rear of the property, in sizes ranging from 1,914 to 5,161 square feet.
